Despierta is an immersive six-day retreat created for men, women, and couples who are ready to reconnect with themselves and awaken to a more grounded, aligned way of living. Designed for those who have spent years caring for others, navigating change, operating in survival mode, or appearing successful while feeling disconnected within, Despierta offers a meaningful pause from everyday life. In a luxurious, nurturing environment, guests are invited to slow down, feel safe in their bodies, listen to their inner wisdom, and rediscover who they are beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and old stories they have carried.

Through the four pillars of Body, Mind, Spirit, and Beauty, the retreat blends nervous system regulation, movement, breathwork, nourishment, emotional healing, transformational coaching, meditation, energy work, meaningful ceremony, and personal reflection. Each day builds intentionally upon the one before it—moving from arrival and reconnection through release, remembrance, transformation, and celebration. Individuals will have space to deepen their relationship with themselves, while couples will also be invited to strengthen connection, communication, trust, and shared vision.

Professional empowerment photography, personal styling, embodiment exercises, beauty rituals, and golden-hour portrait experiences are woven into the retreat—not as performance, but as opportunities to reclaim confidence, presence, identity, and connection.
